Five members of Blackford High School's band received a gold rating on their Group One (college level) solos at the recent District Solo and Ensemble competition at Eastbrook High School. They include Katie Keifer (clockwise from front left), Haley Wilburn, Trevor Smith, Jordan Overla and Elizabeth Witt. These five students will be representing the BHS band at the State Solo and Ensemble contest at North Central High School, Indianapolis, on Saturday.....
