FORT WAYNE — Along with the newly announced 2012 federal budget plan come decreases in spending on financial aid for college students, a concern among those seeking higher education and the parents of students graduating high school later this year.
Pell Grants and other financial aid programs would experience cuts of $100 billion over 10 years under the proposed $3.73 trillion budget to offset the costs of maintaining Pell grants for a reported 9 million students.....
