A game of scoring runs fell into the hands of eighth-ranked Concordia Wednesday night at the Teepee as the Cadets topped the Bellmont Braves 56-45 despite scoring just two points in the final five minutes of the game.
As has been the unfortunate mantra for the Braves in the past month or so, the visitors quickly jumped out to a 7-0 lead before the Bellmonters shocked the Cadets with a sudden 12-0 blitz that included three-pointers from Forrest Fullenkamp and Payton Selking.
The Braves led for the rest of the period holding onto a 16-13 edge going into the second period.....
