Local man seeks lung transplant

It has been a long journey but Kevin Mills has his destination in sight. He is now near the top of a waiting list for a double lung transplant that will offer him many years of new breath and life.

Kevin’s medical team in Fort Wayne has worked tirelessly to get him accepted into a transplant program. Those efforts paid off when the University of Michigan finally agreed to evaluate him. After extensive and rigorous testing, he was approved for its program and was positioned for priority consideration.....
