SA board begins process to sell Berne property

The South Adams school board unanimously passed a motion to express an interest in selling the Berne property at the South Adams school board meeting on Tuesday evening. At the recommendation of Tim Baker, a Decatur attorney, the board began making decisions on how to sell the property and under what terms and conditions it will be sold. Baker is an attorney with Devoss, Johnson, Zwick, Baker & Ainsworth in Decatur, currently represents the city of Decatur, and has experience in the sale of property.....
