White Cottage has outgrown itself, says George

Carson and Kerri George admitted last week that there was a bit of sadness in their hearts about their decision to close the White Cottage restaurant. The young couple said that it had nothing to do with the support and kindness of Berne residents or the local business community.
In fact, just the opposite is true. The community has given the business such success that it has outgrown the facility. As a result, the Georges painfully made the decision to sell the facility and seek expanded room to develop their business. Initially, they sought to find a place in the Berne community to relocate, but nothing was available at the time.....
