Varsity Eagles win 2 at Border Battle

The Huntington home school Varsity Eagles won both their games in the annual Border Battle, held Saturday, Dec. 11, at Spiece Fieldhouse in Fort Wayne.

The Lady Eagles ended the day with two wins and one loss.
The Border Battle features contests between home school varsity teams from Indiana and Michigan.

In their first game, the Eagles won 59-42 over the Midland Flames. Caleb Featherston led the Eagles with 18 points, with Samuel Daniels tossing in 14 and Trey Frank adding 11. Also scoring for the Eagles were Clay Sickafoose, five points; Brock Hitzfield and Caleb Lieffers, each with four points; and Chris Lieffers, three points.....
