With nearly all zoo animals living here year-round, that's no small task. The maintenance crew begins plowing the zoo paths early in the morning so keepers can reach each exhibit. Cold-hardy animals like the bobcats and red pandas get extra bedding and food to keep warm. Tropical animals live in buildings for the winter, where they stay toasty warm....
