The superintendent of the East Allen school system has revealed five ideas to tighten the district's budget and, in all five concepts, the elementary school in Monroeville would be closed. In one plan, the Hoagland elementary school also would be closed.
Superintendent Karyle Green also advocates closing the New Haven elementary school, making Harding High School a magnet school....
