FORT WAYNE – Work on two sides of the Allen County Courthouse’s exterior is almost complete.
Crews will move scaffolding to the 108-year-old building’s north side across from the City-County Building and the west side scaffolding will be move to the east side within the next week or so, county officials said in a news release....
