FORT WAYNE — The Indiana-Ohio Blood Services Region of the American Red Cross is urging people to donate blood as Independence Day nears.
Blood donations dip in July and around traditional vacation times because donors may be focusing on summer activities and could overlook donating blood, CEO Sharyn Whitman said in a news release....
