FORT WAYNE — Elizabeth Malloy and and Joe Fox were added to Mayor Tom Henry's senior leadership team Tuesday, city officials said in a news release.
Malloy is the new deputy mayor and comes to the Fort Wayne with an extensive background in management consulting, strategic planning and technology. She was most recently a founder and partner in Premis Consulting Group, working with state and local governments across America to help them develop methods for improving their performance....
