HUNTINGTON — Although 14-year-old Caleb Alexander has never been a part of Huntington's Annual Heritage Days Parade, he knows what the 47th annual event means to his community.
“It’s just part of our heritage and what we do,” Alexander said Saturday of the parade that started at the corner of Jefferson and MacGahan streets and finished at the corner of Jefferson Street and Etna Avenue....
