Deadline for students to file FAFSA is March 10

East Allen Times:

INDIANAPOLIS — A state campaign urging students to learn about paying for college says about half of Indiana's prospective college students potentially forfeit thousands of dollars in state aid because of late paperwork.
State officials want students to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid online, saying that's the fastest and easiest way to file. The deadline for filing the FAFSA is March 10.
Students need their social security number, parents' tax information and other data to file the form.
A partnership of state agencies and other groups called Learn More Indiana runs a campaign called Cash for College each year leading up to the financial aid deadline.
