Tax delinquent properties will go on auction block March 15

Huntington County Tab:

The Huntington County Commissioners will put 18 properties on the auction block on March 15 in a last-ditch effort to return those properties to the tax rolls.

The properties are scattered throughout Huntington County. They became subject to sale when their owners failed to pay property taxes, and the properties in this sale drew no interest during previous tax sales.
All delinquent taxes on these properties are being waived.

Although the minimum bids on these properties can be as low as $50, the successful bidder does not receive immediate possession of the properties. Instead, the successful bidder will receive a tax lien certificate.....
