Christmas tree recycling program ends Jan. 14

ALLEN COUNTY - The Allen County Solid Waste Management District will continue to accept live Christmas trees for recycling at area locations until Jan. 14, just a few days away.

Trees can be dropped off at any time at specified locations until Friday. Waste management asks that all tinsel, decorations and plastic bags be removed and will not accept wreaths for recycling. Those eligible for drop-off must be an Allen County resident.
