FORT WAYNE — The northbound and southbound lanes on Interstate 69 at the 102 mile marker are now open. Indiana State Police (ISP) said that while Indiana Department of Transportation crews are working to keep major thoroughfares open, ramps to and from I-69 are very slick.
According to ISP Sgt. Ron Galaviz, I-69 northbound traffic is moving slowly and could at times experience stopped traffic because of a semi that is having trouble getting up the hill south of the GM plant.....
