FORT WAYNE – A new traffic pattern began Monday on State Route 3/Lima Road between Washington Center Road and Cook Road, the Indiana Department of Transportation Fort Wayne District said in a news release.
The change involved reducing both northbound and southbound traffic to one lane. The northbound left turn lane at Ludwig Road will remain open.....
