Bellmont senior center Madison Schultz continued her inside dominance Saturday night, scoring 15 points to lead Bellmont to a 50-41 victory over Heritage in an area non-conference girls basketball game.
Dana Kaczmarek scored nine points and Payton Schultz seven for Bellmont. No other statistical details were released by the school.
The win puts Bellmont at 2-1 on the season. The Squaws, with only a few practices with the entire team because of the state volleyball run, fell to Bishop Dwenger last Tuesday in the season opener, then came back and won a big road game at Jay County on Friday night, 39-34.....
