Kramer to continue basketball career with Fort Wayne NBDL team

Former Huntington North High School star athlete Chris Kramer has signed with the NBA Development League's Fort Wayne Mad Ants in an attempt to fight for one of 17 spots on the team's 2010-2011 roster beginning Tuesday, Nov. 9 at the team's training camp.

The official announcement was made Wednesday, Nov. 3, in North Arena in front of many students and staff members of the high school. The Mad Ants' head coach Joey Meyer and team president Jeff Potter were also on hand.

Potter said it was nice to have a neighborhood player join the team, and they wanted to return to Huntington North to celebrate. He also considered the Mad Ants as Kramer's next step on his "quest to the NBA."....
