The East Allen Family Resource Center will host a rally today to bring awareness to the need and benefit of after-school programs in East Allen County and to raise funds to keep the doors from closing to the more than 125 youth it serves daily. The rally will be at the agency’s facility, 6330 Prize Ave., Riverhaven, it starts at 4:45 PM.....
