Bailey rejoins board at AC

Only two years after ending two decades on the Adams Central school board, Steve Bailey was sworn in to his old seat at Tuesday's board meeting, having replaced Barry Ehinger, who resigned to be the board's hired overseer of AC's $10 million construction and renovation project.
Bailey was also named to the board's negotiations committee, filling another vacancy left by Ehinger's departure.....
