Galloping Gobbler set to have 2,000-plus participate

FORT WAYNE — More than 2,000 people have pre-registered for the Galloping Gobbler 4 Miler Thanksgiving Day run and walk.

The race starts on Leesburg Road near the Hutzell Athletic Center on the campus of the University of Saint Francis. Participants head south on Leesburg Road to the entrance of the historic Lindenwood Cemetery. Most of the race takes place on the winding roads within the wooded cemetery before runners head back to the finish line on USF's campus.....
