After months of snarled traffic, the three new southbound lanes of Lima Road are now open.
According to Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) representative Stacie McCormick, traffic will no longer have to “cross over” to the northbound lanes at the north and south ends of the project limits between Wallen Road and Dupont Road.....
