Many roads reopen after storm debris removed

East Allen Times:

The Allen County Highway Department late Tuesday afternoon reported that most of the intersections previously closed because of storm-related debris had been cleared and were open again to traffic.

The only intersection which remains closed is Old Lincoln Highway and Webster Road due to several tall utility poles which were knocked over by high winds. Work to clear that intersection continued through the night....
