Moving on after the storm

ALLEN COUNTY - While the plows were still trying to finish up side streets Thursday morning, the area woke up to the reality that the virtual county-wide snow day had come to an end.

City offices will be open for business Thursday morning. Garbage and recycling pickup will resume, but collections will be one day behind. Last time National Serv-All called for a safety delay, trash collection was back on schedule by Saturday and called for no delays the following week.....
