A weekend combination of rain and saturated ground sent area rivers high and produced some low-level flooding in Adams County.
No roads are formally closed, according to Shaun Roe, the county's assistant highway superintendent, but there is water across some roads and the department will place red warning flags at those locations to alert drivers to avoid those places....
