Clerk makes back up plan for primaries

Adams County Clerk Gayla Reinhart asked the commissioners Monday to use the space outside of the commissioners’ meeting room as a back-up space for absentee voting for the upcoming primaries.
Reinhart was worried that construction at the courthouse would make the usual absentee voting place, the main hallway in the courthouse, less than user friendly for absentee voters....
