NEW HAVEN — East Allen County Schools officials seek would like groups and individuals to submit proposals for its Transformation Schools initiative for Paul Harding High School and Prince Chapman Academy.
EACS said in a news release it is accepting requests for proposals from any community organization, entity or group seeking a partnership with the district to provide carefully planned, forward instruction during the expanded learning time....
