Neuenschwander “meets” many family members in Heritage Room

When Beat Stauffer was living in Switzerland in 1492, it probably never crossed his mind that his name would be on the front page of a newspaper in a distant country that didn’t exist at the time.
To date, Stauffer is the most distant relative that Shana Neuenschwander, an employee at the Heritage Room in the basement of the Berne Public Library, has discovered in connection with her family.
