... At Monday's meeting of the county commissioners, county Auditor Bill Borne said the county will pay $3,462.79 to Arnold Lumber of Decatur to repair wood in the stalls that was damaged when the horses chewed on the wood.
Borne also said the other two sums will be paid as reimbursement to the Adams County 4-H organization, which paid the water and electric bills.
The total of the three amounts comes to $4,184.70.
