Decatur Daily Democrat:
Wind gusts as high as 50 mph could hit Decatur and Adams County on Wednesday as the early beginnings of winter continue to take hold.
Snow was expected in the Decatur area this afternoon, the National Weather Service saying less than half an inch is likely.
