Horse droppings a rising concern (in Decatur)
Decatur Daily Democrat:
Decatur Mayor John Schultz raised at Tuesday night's city council meeting an issue rarely mentioned but one he sees as an increasing problem: excrement left on city streets by horses pulling Amish buggies...
