East Allen County Schools superintendent Dr. Karyle Green presented a plan to the school board Tuesday evening that would close six elementary schools but keep all five district high schools open. Transistions would begin with the 2011 school year, and all changes would be complete by the start of the 2012 school year, under the proposed plan.....
