Council gives final approval to ban on sale of synthetic marijuana in city

An ordinance banning the sale of synthetic marijuana received final approval from the Huntington Common Council on Tuesday, Sept. 28.

The ordinance will become law immediately after its publication in a local newspaper, a requirement that is expected to be fulfilled either late this week or early next week, Clerk-Treasurer Christi Scher said....
