Huntington soldier, Chad Clements, dies in Afghan deployment

Huntington County TAB:

A Huntington soldier was killed Monday, Aug. 30, in Afghanistan, just weeks after he arrived in the war-torn country.

Chad Derek Clements, 26, left the United States Aug. 5 for the deployment in Afghanistan.

Just before he left, he had signed up for membership in American Legion Post 85, where his sister, Danielle Clements, works as secretary.....
