FORT WAYNE — The 2010 CANstruction event collected 124,404 cans of food weighing 98,658 pounds or the equivalent of 76,000 meals for Community Harvest Food Bank.
At the beginning of April students from 14 area high schools built super-sized sculptures at Glenbrook Square Mall. Mentored by IPFW design students, the high school students designed and constructed giant sculptures made with donated canned goods, Community Harvest officials said in a news release....
