Decatur Mayor John Schultz arrived back in City Hall a little past noon on Wednesday, after a week-long trip to Haiti.
The mayor was with a group of six other people from St. Mary of the Assumption Church here who flew to the earthquake-ravaged nation to provide assistance to the people there....
