Ceramic artist to speak at St. Francis

On Monday, Nov. 16, 7:30 p.m. the nationally recognized ceramic artist Scott Ziegler will present a lecture for the Fort Wayne University of Saint Francis’ Closer Look Lecture Series. The program will take place in the North Campus Auditorium and is free to the public.
Zeigler is an exhibiting ceramicist in the university’s National Ceramics and Print Exhibition. Ceramics Monthly refers to his work as highly detailed ceramic sculpture. Weatherhead Gallery viewing hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday. Ziegler’s work will be represented in the Ceramics & Prints Invitational Exhibition to be at the Weatherhead Gallery from Dec. 5 to Jan. 17. More information at the website of www.sf.edu/art
