Decatur man pleads "not guilty" to animal cruelty charges
Decatur Daily Democrat:
Richard A. "Rick" Hill of rural Decatur pleaded not guilty in Adams Superior Court this morning to one count of cruelty to an animal, a charge filed against him last week over alleged maltreatment of 37 horses he owns.
