Boys scout out info at the city council meeting

Monday's Decatur City Council meeting, bumped up a day so as not to conflict with today's election, was more of an educational affair than a business meeting.
Webelos Scouts from Den 3 of Cub Scout Pack 3070, their leaders and some parents attended the meeting in City Hall, and the boys were given a full agenda by Mayor John Schultz. The Scouts got together with the mayor and council to talk and ask questions before the meeting, sat in on the meeting, then fired off a few more questions near the end of the meeting.....
