ACSWM to hold video contest for students

FORT WAYNE - The Allen County Solid Waste Management District is seeking creative minds to help spread the word about recycling in our community. To do this, the District is sponsoring its second annual video contest for Allen County student’s grades 6th through 12th. The purpose of the contest is to educate and inspire the general public to actively recycle by changing simple behaviors and taking advantage of local recycling opportunities.

Interested students are encouraged to make a 30 second video and submit it to our group page on You Tube by February 28, 2011....(more)
