A short year end meeting was held Tuesday night at Geneva Town Hall with the main order of business being the 2010 council appointments to various boards.
Dick Clutter was elected council president for the coming year and Jim Timmons will be vice president. Rosie Puterbaugh was retained as the deputy clerk and Dave Baumgartner will remain the town attorney. Doug Milligan was reappointed to the Adams County Economic Development Corp. and will also retain his position as town manager....
