Quadriplegic death ruled homicide

FORT WAYNE - A Fort Wayne man who was shot 13 years ago has died. His death was ruled a homicide by the Allen County Coroner.

According to our partner in news, WANE-TV, Earl Dashawn Terrell, 32, was shot in the 1400 block of Eliza Street on Sept. 12, 1997. After the shooting, he was rendered a quadriplegic as a result of his injuries.....
