Fort Wayne natives brace for smaller tsunami

FORT WAYNE - Some Fort Wayne natives could be in the path of a destructive tsunami that swallowed towns on the coast of Japan early Friday, according to our partner in news, WANE-TV.

A 30-foot tsunami triggered by one of the largest earthquakes ever recorded smashed into Japan's eastern coast Thursday, killing at least 60 people as it tossed up homes, cars and buildings in its path.

Tsunami warnings blanketed the entire Pacific, as far away as South America, Canada, Alaska and the entire west coast of the U.S....
