25,000 expected at Statehouse union rally

INDIANAPOLIS — The Associated Press reports that thousands of union members are expected for a rally Thursday at the Indiana Statehouse.

A coalition of labor, education, community and social advocacy groups organized the rally and say at least 25 thousand union workers will take part in the largest staged protest at the Statehouse this year.

According to our partner in news, WANE-TV, the Plumbers and Steamfitters Union Local 166 will take a group of workers from Fort Wayne to Indianapolis to join in the Thursday protest.....
