INDIANAPOLIS — An Abraham Lincoln impersonator from Brownsburg will deliver Lincoln's most famous speech Tuesday to the Indiana Senate.
Photographer Wilbur Tague will recite the Gettysburg address in advance of President's Day on Monday.
