Public input sought on transportation improvement

FORT WAYNE - The Northeastern Indiana Regional Coordinating Council (NIRCC) has requested area residents to attend an open house to review the Draft Fiscal Year 2012-2015 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and the Air Quality Determination Analysis.
