LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Transitions Dental Company is announcing Monday that all former AllCare Dental and Dentures patient charts across the state of Indiana are being transferred to Transitions Dental Company.
A press conference held in Lafayette Monday informed patients where they can access patient records and receive patient care.
