SAN DIEGO, Texas - A man wanted for the murder of his wife in Fort Wayne is behind bars in Texas this morning.
During a routine traffic stop Thursday, police in San Diego, Texas, discovered a passenger in the car had a warrant out for his arrest.
Thomas Howard Manjarez, 36, has been a person of interest in the murder of his wife, 33-year-old Carmen Ramos, since she was found shot to death in their Fort Wayne home at 1307 Huestis Avenue in April 2010. Police then filed a warrant for his arrest in her murder.....
